Step 2: Measure Your Head Circumference
While looking in the mirror, wrap the tape around your head, just above your eyebrows, or where you want the hat to sit. Don’t wrap it too tight—keep it comfy! Note the measurement where the tape overlaps and measure at least twice for accuracy.
No Flexible Measuring Tape? No problem! Use a string, mark where it overlaps, and measure it against a ruler or regular measuring tape.

How to Adjust Your Hat Size
Each hat comes with a built-in size adjuster that can reduce the size by 1–2.5 cm if needed. Plus, a free foam filler tape is included with your order to add comfort or fine-tune the fit.
Built-In Size Adjustor
Find the Velcro tab inside the crown of your hat, under the sweatband. Gently pull the tab to tighten, adjusting until you find a snug, comfortable fit.

Foam Filler Tape
Test the fit by placing the foam tape inside the hat’s crown. For a larger adjustment, use the full tape, or trim it for a smaller adjustment. Once you’re happy with the fit, peel off the adhesive backing and press the tape firmly against the inside of the hat, under the sweatband lining.
