Shipping Policy

We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Carlsbad, California.  We ship Monday - Friday from 6:00am – 2:00pm pacific time.  We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.

 

Processing Time:

Processing time is defined as the time it takes for us to receive your order in our system, pack and prepare for shipment. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please see processing times below:

Standard, Priority, International Shipping: Allow 1 - 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.

Express Shipping: Processed same day (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) if placed by 12:00pm pacific time. 

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been packed, shipping time is defined as the time it takes for you to receive your order once it has shipped from our warehouse.  Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.  Hemlock Hat Company cannot guarantee specific delivery times.  Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather, carrier delays and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Carlsbad, California.

Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please see estimated shipping time below:

Standard Shipping: Depending on delivery address, arrives in 5 - 7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) after order has processed.

Priority Shipping: Depending on delivery address, arrives in 3 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) after order has processed.

Express Shipping: Arrives in 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).

International Shipping: Arrives in 2 - 8 weeks depending on location.  Please contact support@hemlockhatco.com for a specific quote if interested in placing a larger order.  Please note that your order could incur a delay at customs adding to the total time your shipment takes to reach its destination.

Order Tracking:

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.  Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update.
