Shipping Policy
We ship all orders from our warehouse located in Carlsbad, California. We ship Monday - Friday from 6:00am – 2:00pm pacific time. We do not ship on weekends or federal holidays.
Processing Time:
Processing time is defined as the time it takes for us to receive your order in our system, pack and prepare for shipment. Depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, please see processing times below:
Standard, Priority, International Shipping: Allow 1 - 2 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) for processing before order ships from our warehouse.
Express Shipping: Processes next business day (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).
Shipping Time:
Once your order has been packed, shipping time is defined as the time it takes for you to receive your order once it has shipped from our warehouse. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update. Hemlock Hat Company cannot guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time, weather, carrier delays and the distance of the shipping address from our warehouse in Carlsbad, California.

Standard Shipping: Depending on delivery address, arrives in 5 - 7 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) after order has processed.
Priority Shipping: Depending on delivery address, arrives in 3 - 5 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays) after order has processed.
Express Shipping: Arrives in 3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding weekends & all federal holidays).
International Shipping: Arrives in 2 - 8 weeks depending on location. Please contact support@hemlockhatco.com for a specific quote if interested in placing a larger order. Please note that your order could incur a delay at customs adding to the total time your shipment takes to reach its destination.

Delays Due to Strike, Weather, or Carrier Issues
At Hemlock, we prioritize timely delivery for our customers. However, certain situations beyond our control, such as strikes, adverse weather conditions, or carrier-related disruptions, may result in delays. While we will do our utmost to address any concerns promptly, Hemlock cannot be held liable for delivery delays caused by these circumstances.
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, please be aware of the following policies:

Non-Deliverable Orders: If your order is undeliverable, shipping fees are non-refundable, and Hemlock is not liable for the undelivered items unless they are returned to our warehouse in brand-new condition. Refunds will only be issued for the returned products.

Import Duties and Fees: Hemlock is not responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, or other costs associated with importing products into your country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.
